MEET PETE HINOJOSA
Pete Hinojosa has spoken to CEOs and business audiences across the country for more than a decade. He has 25 plus years as a professional presenter and put his Leadership Development training to the test when he was the Director of Sales and Leadership Development for Insperity a multi-billion-dollar company. Under his leadership the program supported the growth of 60 offices across every major market in North America. In the last two years Pete has spoken over 300 times to organizations like INC 5000, ACG, CFO Alliance, ATD, EO, Vistage and earned his reputation as the presenter you call on if you need a successful event. Pete Hinojosa is the President and Founder of Omega Quest and Quest Leadership Dynamics. His varied experience ranged from 20 years as a high school and middle school teacher. During that time, with the help of his wife Wendy they created a Leadership Camp for youth. In 2012 he took his experience and spent a decade in the corporate world for Insperity, a multibillion-dollar company. As the Director of Sales Leadership and Thought Leadership he developed and implemented their leadership development strategy for the opening of 60 offices across North America. He spoke to thousands of leaders and businesses throughout the country while leading 150 plus sales managers through the manager training program.
